This is because the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for the new Tune Unlimited plan actually stated that the plan has 100GB of data allocation that can be used over a period of 30 days. If the customer utilised all of them within that period, his or her plan will then be temporarily converted to the free basic Internet service which runs at a speed of 64kbps alongside 10GB quota until the cycle refreshes.
Meanwhile, the Tune Unlimited plan also includes 5GB monthly quota for hotspot usages. Unlike the data allocations for the phone, user’s hotspot connection will completely stop once the quota is fully utilised. In terms of pricing, the new Tune Unlimited plan is priced at RM 48 per month and all existing Tune Talk Cun Value Prepaid subscribers, as well as new customers, are eligible to obtain it.
