This is because the Surface Laptop 5 has been listed on the official Malaysian website for Surface. Just like the Surface Pro 9, the Surface Laptop 5 is mainly a spec refresh instead of an all-new device. For the 13.5-inch variant, one can opt for either Intel Core i5-1235U or Core i7-1255U processor. The 15-inch model, it only comes with a Core i7-1255U chip. Surface Laptop 5 continues to carry a USB-A port and 3.5mm headphone jack as well as a Surface Connect port.
