As per initial reports and rumours, the Galaxy Watch3 does come in a 41mm diameter, but Samsung is also shipping a variant in a larger 45mm diameter. Additionally, the wearable comes in two metal options – Stainless Steel and Titanium – and depending on your choice of metal, the colour options vary. For context, the Stainless Steel version comes with premium leather straps, while the Titanium case ships out with a metal strap.
For the Stainless Steel version, you get a choice between Mystic Bronze, Mystic White, and Mystic Black. If you’re planning on getting the Titanium version, though, the only colour option available for it is Mystic Black. Oh, and on a sidenote, the Titanium version of the Galaxy Watch3 seems to only be available in the 45mm diameter size. Moving on, beneath the hood, the Galaxy Watch3 houses an Exynos 9110 SoC running at 1.15GHz, 1GB RAM, and comes with 8GB of internal storage. Battery-wise, the 41mm models are powered by a 247mAh battery, while the 45mm models will have a 340mAh battery. Like its predecessors, the Galaxy Watch3 is powered by the latest version of Samsung’s Tizen OS.
Again, as per earlier reports, the Galaxy Watch3 will feature an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, plus what Samsung is calling its most advanced heart rate monitor on its wearable, to date. At the time of writing, Samsung Malaysia has not specified an actual date for local availability for the Galaxy Watch3. However, preorders for the Galaxy Watch3 have already begun and will conclude on 20 August. As for pricing, it starts from RM1699 for the 41mm and RM1799 for the 45mm versions, and regardless of size, each order comes with a wireless charger pad worth RM239. While stocks last.
