If you can recall, the Galaxy Fold was supposed to be released back in April (May for Malaysia) after it was announced alongside the Galaxy S10 series. However, after a series of durability and usage issues encountered by early reviewers, the company has delayed its release at the very last minute in order to implement some improvements before rolling it out again into the market this month.

Available as 4G and 5G variants, all Galaxy Fold owners will apparently receive 1-to-1 access to Samsung experts and an around-the-clock support hub through online or phone. However, Malaysia is not the part of the first waves market though which only includes Korea, France, Germany, Singapore, U.K, and the U.S. We have reached out to Samsung Malaysia’s representative who has stated that the company has no information regarding Galaxy Fold’s availability in our market for the time being. Well, we’ll keep you posted once we hear more from the company.
