Having Petronas petrol stations as its hubs is something that already took place even during its Logistika days. In fact, Setel Express is aiming to expand the list further to 30 hubs by the end of the year. Aside from the name, what really separates Logistika and its new identity is the fact that Setel Express has been incorporated into Setel’s ecosystem. Hence, customers are able to arrange for delivery and make payments directly through the Setel app. Customers can choose to have Setel Express pick up the packages from their location or they can also drop them off personally at a nearby hub, while recipients also have the option to collect their parcels at the hubs. However, the service is not yet available for normal users at the moment as Setel Express currently caters only to businesses and merchants that are sending parcels in bulk. That being said, its CEO Faizal Sulaiman has said end-users will eventually be able to send parcels from the Setel app as well. Setel Express has even teased this by showing off some screenshots of the Setel Express integration with the Setel app at the launch event earlier today but no rollout date was announced by the company. As for now, businesses and merchants who are interested to learn more about Setel Express or want to sign up for its service can find out further details regarding it over at Setel’s website.
