Listed as known issues on the post are out of memory errors, GPU-related freezes, and HDR not working properly. There’s also an issue with specific hardware combinations, oddly enough. Guerilla also encourages players to keep reporting issues with the game. No doubt the process of fixing Horizon Zero Dawn on PC is the way to go.
