TechPowerUp reports that the brand has sent out a cryptic GIF to game developers and press. It doubles as an invite to the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2019, where the company promises to “reveal all,” whatever that means.

Earlier last year, The Information reported that Google is already developing a subscription-based game streaming service, codenamed Yeti. Kotaku then followed up by reporting that Yeti will be a Chromecast-esque device that you use to stream video games. It may very well be considered a console, if video game streaming is indeed the future.

But it looks like that’s the date to look out for if we want to know more about Google’s major entry into the realm of video games. (Source: TechPowerUp, The Information, Kotaku)
