In light of the extension, the same rules and SOPs that were announced with this CMCO still apply. Primarily, movement in and out of the districts are still prohibited, with the exception of emergency cases, including illnesses or a death in the family. Further, if you need to cross between the affected states to work, you will need to provide a letter of authorisation from your workplace in order to do so. However, if you happen to be staying within the same location or state of your workplace, documentation will not be necessary to travel back and forth.
You can check out the article we wrote, which lists down the entire SOPs for the Klang Valley CMCO. Alternatively, you can also visit MKN’s official social media channels to learn about the rules and regulations. On that note, we as a nation are clearly not out of the woods with this COVID-19 pandemic yet. Until a vaccine arrives, wear a mask, maintain social distancing, wash your hands, and above all else, stay safe.
